High season:

• from 29 March 2024 to 1 April 2024 (Easter weekend)
• from 26 April 2024 to 5 May 2024 (May holiday)
• from 9 May 2024 to 12 May 2024 (Ascension weekend)
• from 17 May 2024 to 20 May 2024 (Whitsun weekend)
• from 29 June 2024 to 1 September 2024 (Summer holiday)

Reservations can be made on the website www.campinglesochay.be via the “book now” button

Deposit

We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Payment of the deposit must be made immediately via the payment link in the booking confirmation you receive from us. The reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit.

The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer before arrival or during the compulsory check-in on arrival. You can pay on site in cash or electronically.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be made in writing via info@campinglesochay.be:

• within 7 days from the date of the reservation confirmation, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge, except for reservations made and confirmed within 60 days prior to arrival.
• for cancellation between 7 days after the date of the reservation confirmation and 60 days before arrival, 25% of the total rent will be charged.
• If cancelled between 60 days before arrival and the day of arrival itself, 50% of the total rent will be charged.

A cancellation insurance is recommended, in case you have to cancel your stay.
