PER CALENDAR YEAR

• Pitch: 1425.00 euros
• Wifi: free
• Municipal and provincial taxes*: 170.00 euros
• Unit price electricity*: 0.60 euro/kWh
• Unit price water*: 6.00 euros/m³
• Teledistribution connection: 125.00 euros (optional and only if available on the pitch)

* see article 4 in the rental agreement regarding sudden charge increases.

VISITORS

All visitors (persons who are not part of the official family composition) must report to the reception of Les Ochay campsite, 39 Rue de Linglé, Mortehan, immediately on arrival.

• Without overnight stay:
  • Younger than 13 years: 2.00 euros/day
  • 13 years and older: 2.50 euro euros /day
• With overnight stay:
  • Younger than 13 years: 4.00 euros/night
  • 13 years and older: 6,50 euro euros/night

MISCELLANEOUS

•  Lawn mowing: 30.00 euros per time

• Cleaning of caravan or awning: 250.00 euros
  (See article 3 §5 of the internal regulations)
• Remote control for the barrier: 100.00 euros deposit (exceptionally and only on request)

• Non-compliance with waste collection rules: 100.00 euros per offence
  (See article 6 §2 of the internal regulations)
• Eviction costs (demolition of caravan and clearing of plot): 750.00 euros
  (See article 2 §4 of the rental contract)
• Administrative costs from the second reminder for non-payment: 15.00 euros
  (See article 3 §1 of the rental contract)
•  Interest on overdue payments: 10% of the amount due
  (See article 3 §1 of the rental contract)
